Ephraim Mentorship Academy is UK’s premier Life Skills Program designed to prepare you for your next chapter. We run structured, results-driven, and evidence-based mentoring programmes that develop real competence. Our model is research-informed and outcome-focused and our mentees graduate with practical life skills, professional readiness, and a defined pathway forward. We signpost directly to employment, apprenticeships, universities and credible opportunities.

Our curriculum is built on recognised UK youth work standards, including the National Occupational Standards for Youth Work, the PSHE education framework used in schools, and the Gatsby Benchmarks for careers and future skills. We have built our programme with a clear structure for personal development, life skills, and progression.

At EPHRAIM Mentorship Academy (EMA) we have carefully designed an inspiring, values-led mentorship program for young adults (ages 15 and above). This mentorship blends leadership training and personal growth with broad Christian principles. In a safe, inclusive community, experienced mentors nurture each student's identity, purpose, and mental wellbeing.
